I arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up and familiarize myself with the venue. Using professional Canon cameras, multiple lenses, and backup equipment, I’m fully prepared to capture venue and décor details, group and candid shots, keynote speakers and VIPs, and all the important moments outlined in your shot list.
Logistics and deliverables
As a Los Angeles event photographer, I work closely with your team to capture every moment of your event in a natural, polished, and intentional way. Before the event, we’ll discuss your brand, goals, and the style of coverage you’re looking for so everything is aligned from the start. I typically deliver 50–100 edited images per hour of shooting, providing a comprehensive gallery of candid moments, key highlights, and detail shots. All high-resolution photos are delivered through a private, organized online gallery for easy download and sharing across desktop and mobile. Rush delivery is available upon request.

My name is Sarah Sebring, and I am lucky enough to call event photography my career for more than seven years. My passion has taken me across the country numerous times to shoot for intimate brand launches to 30k+ attendee conventions — and everything else in between.
Photography has been a part of my life ever since I learned how to shoot on film in high school, and I never looked back. I have been trained by the top event, product, and fashion photographers throughout my life, and I bring all of their knowledge with me to every shoot. This experience allows me to be adaptive and create images as unique as your event. I specialize in corporate and VIP events alike, delivering high-quality photos every time.

How much should an event photographer charge?
My hourly rate is a highly competitive rate for Los Angeles photographers at $200/hr. Rush edit fee for select photos delivered within 24hrs is a flat rate of $150/day. Editing is included in this rate so there will be no extra charge there!
How do I hire an event photographer?
Beforehand, we chat about the style of photos that best represent your brand and all of the shots you require through a shot list. We review the schedule and all of the key moments that happen throughout the event so that I am thoroughly prepared. I will send over a simple contract to lock in my services giving us both peace of mind.
How many photos should you get from an event photographer?
I deliver 50-100 photos per hour of shooting which means hundreds, if not, thousands of photos are sent to you. Photos are color corrected and edited to the highest photography standard. All of the HiRes edited photos are delivered via an organized online client portal.
What do event photographers take pictures of?
Photographers capture it all! I will capture the venue, detail shots, group shots, speakers, and everything else discussed in the shot list. I’m here to document your event and showcase all your hard work. I strive to capture every laugh, hug, cheers, and beautiful moment.

For most events, I recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance. For large conferences or peak seasons, earlier booking ensures availability.

Yes. I’m available for travel nationwide and internationally for events, conferences, and brand activations.
