  • The cost of an event photographer ranges widely depending on type of event and length. It is usually an hourly rate ranging from $150-300 per hour. Contact me for a more specific rate for your event.

  • For an event around 3-5 hours, you can expect photos to be delivered within 3-5 business days. Any full day or multi-day event, you can expect photos within 1-2 weeks.

  • I will send over all the edited photos in an organized, and curated online portal where you can download individual photos or the whole gallery, send to your colleagues, and make a favorites list.

  • Depending on event length and agenda, I will send over on average 50-100 photos per hour of the event. It typically sits around 75 edited photos per hour.

My name is Sarah Sebring, and I am lucky enough to call event photography my career for more than six years. My passion has taken me across the country numerous times to shoot for intimate brand launches to 30k+ attendee conventions — and everything else in between.

Photography has been a part of my life ever since I learned how to shoot on film in high school, and I never looked back. I have been trained by the top event, product, and fashion photographers throughout my life, and I bring all of their knowledge with me to every shoot. This experience allows me to be adaptive and create images as unique as your event.
