Galas, Expos, Corporate events, Brand activations, and everything else in between. I can shoot any event in the Los Angeles area and beyond.

You and your team work hard to ensure a seamless and successful event, and I am here to capture every moment. Here are a few ways I make sure you walk into your event feeling confident.

Pre-Production

  • Before the event, we chat about the style of photos that best represent your brand and all of the shots you require through a shot list.

  • We review the schedule and all of the key moments that happen throughout the event so that I am thoroughly prepared.

  • I will send over a simple contract to lock in my services giving us both peace of mind.

Investment

  • My hourly rate is a highly competitive rate for Los Angeles event photographers at $200/hr.

  • Rush edit fee for select photos delivered within 24hrs is a flat rate of $150/day.

  • Editing is included in this rate so there will be no extra charge there!

During the event

  • I will capture the venue, detail shots, group shots, speakers, and everything else discussed in the shot list.

  • I will show up at least 30 minutes early for gear set up and to familiarize myself with the venue.

  • I shoot on two top of the line Canon cameras with at least two different lenses and an on camera flash. I also use multiple cards and batteries so I am ready for anything at any moment.

Deliverables

  • I deliver 50-100 photos per hour of shooting which means hundreds, if not, thousands of photos are sent to you. 

  • Photos are color corrected and edited to the highest event photography standard.

  • All of the HiRes edited photos are delivered via an organized online client portal.
