My Services
Galas, Expos, Corporate events, Brand activations, and everything else in between. I can shoot any event in the Los Angeles area and beyond.
You and your team work hard to ensure a seamless and successful event, and I am here to capture every moment. Here are a few ways I make sure you walk into your event feeling confident.
Pre-Production
Before the event, we chat about the style of photos that best represent your brand and all of the shots you require through a shot list.
We review the schedule and all of the key moments that happen throughout the event so that I am thoroughly prepared.
I will send over a simple contract to lock in my services giving us both peace of mind.
Investment
My hourly rate is a highly competitive rate for Los Angeles event photographers at $200/hr.
Rush edit fee for select photos delivered within 24hrs is a flat rate of $150/day.
Editing is included in this rate so there will be no extra charge there!
During the event
I will capture the venue, detail shots, group shots, speakers, and everything else discussed in the shot list.
I will show up at least 30 minutes early for gear set up and to familiarize myself with the venue.
I shoot on two top of the line Canon cameras with at least two different lenses and an on camera flash. I also use multiple cards and batteries so I am ready for anything at any moment.
Deliverables
I deliver 50-100 photos per hour of shooting which means hundreds, if not, thousands of photos are sent to you.
Photos are color corrected and edited to the highest event photography standard.
All of the HiRes edited photos are delivered via an organized online client portal.
